Alpha Particles Limited Partnership, an affiliate of Evergreen Partners LLC based in Portland, Maine, purchased Rutherford Park Townhouses, located near Hummelstown, Dauphin County, Pa. The facility consists of 11 separate townhouse buildings containing in the aggregate 85 townhouse units, built in the early 1980s. To purchase and recapitalize the property, and to provide funds for a much needed renovation and to construct a new community center on the property for use by the residents.
